Chengdu is located in the west of Sichuan Basin and the east edge of Qinghai Tibet Plateau, which is adjacent to Deyang City in the northeast, Ziyang City in the southeast, Meishan City in the south, Ya’an City in the southwest and Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in the northwest, covering an area of 14,335 square kilometers. The city has jurisdiction over 12 municipal districts, 5 county-level cities and 3 counties, with a total area of 14,335 square kilometers. The completed area in 2019 was 949.6 square kilometers, with a permanent resident population of 16.581 million and an urban population of 12.3379 million, and an urbanization rate of 74.41%.
The Dover Sichuan Chengdu Outlets project is located in the northern sub-center of Chengdu, the international trade and logistics port of Xindu District, only 1 km from the Baishuichang of Chengdu Metro Line 5. The project, with a total area of 68 mu and a total construction area of 240,000 m
2, is composed of a commercial center of 160,000 m
2 and three commercial office buildings, and will be built into a landmark commercial complex in the north of Chengdu and a new urban center.
